Marco A Vilchez

Son of Marco Sr, Marco has been around the industry growing up his entire life. Learning to frame and build through middle school and high school, he grew a love for the industry. After high school he started MAV Construction and Design with his wife and family and began building immediately. Starting off he worked in stucco rehabilitation working with top code building developers for the state of Florida,later doing residential and commercial roofing in Florida. He is now working on and has completed new builds and renovations in the North TX area becoming a successful General Contractor. He continues to travel on occasion for contracts but has made home here in Dallas. Marco serves as the President and CEO.

Marco Vilchez Sr.

The leader for all of us and our head consultant Marco Sr has 20 years in the construction industry. Starting as a labor picking up trash, he was able to assemble 7 framing crews and lead them in projects within 4 years in the industry. Gaining valuable knowledge through the years building commercial and residential properties throughout the US, Marco has been afforded the experience in building projects of every capacity. Marco has served as Project Manager and General Contractor in projects all around the US such as Orvis Estate and Maili Beach Place to name a few. His enthusiasm for building and life makes him a client favorite. His aspirations are living the American Dream with his family. Marco Sr serves as senior consultant.

Company Manager and Financial Consultant

Esteban Vilchez

Esteban is also the son of Marco Sr and much like his brother has been in the industry all his life. He started working full-time in the industry right out of high school and served as Assistant Project Manager for ESU Builders. Through the years Esteban has worked at many prominent construction companies across states such as Coronado Custom Homes and Ameristar Group as Office Manager, Project Manager, and Consultant. He was asked by his brother to join the team of MAV Construction and Design and jumped at the idea to work with family once again. He serves as the company manager and financial consultant.

David Vilchez

David is the brother of Marco Sr and serves as the company architect and designer. Knowing he wanted to start a family business and understanding David’s love and passion for designing, Marco Sr paid for David’s education in the architectural field. David was top of his class at the University of Zulia. After college he went to Suzhou, China for an apprenticeship and training and lived there for a number of months. David now designs many buildings for the government in Venezuela as well as our custom homes and models here in the states. He serves as the senior architect and project manager.
